Need more prototyping space on you AVR microcontroller embedded system design? The ProtoXP Prototype Expander is the solution you are looking for. With well over 1500 pads, it is now easier to add complex circuit devices such as memory, logic devices, analog devices, and many more! There are four bus slots so that all IC’s are powered from the two available power planes.

But expandability is not only achieved with the luxurious prototyping area. An edge connector is also available so that the board can be inserted on our popular PBMB back plane. The circuitry on the expander board can receive power, communication and control signals from other boards on the system such as AT90SMINIPB’s, AT90S35PB’s, AT90S15PB’s or even ProtoXP’s.
