Control up to 11 RC Servo Motors Easy!
SS-PortaSC11
: There are many RC Servo Controllers out there. Why is this one better? Because it runs on the powerful and versatile Super Stepper serial command protocol. Which means
that now you can interlace your robotic project with other resources such as steppers, DC motors, optical sensors, infrared sensors, sonar range finders, etc., to a single communication, and hence control chain.
This little board measures 1.5” by 2.5”. Just supply 9V to 12V for logic power, 4V to 6V for RC servo motor power and the three serial communication signals (Rx, Tx and GND). At the other side
you will obtain 11 clear and easy to use RC servo PWM signals.
Are 11 channels not enough? Worry not! The SS-PortaSC11 board has connectors to link more and more boards together in the Super Stepper chain.
- Up to 11 RC Servos can be controlled with a single unit.
- Each RC Servo is independently operable.
- Enable or Disable any combination of motors.
- Move each motor to any of 256 positions from full left to full right.
- Settings fully configurable both on RAM (for runtime) or EEPROM (for startup).
- Up to 32 Super Stepper controllers can be linked to a single serial link.
- Use of easy serial interface (PC with RS-232 driver) or any microcontroller UART)
- Flash memory to configure system (takes care of initialization downloads at startup)
- RAM memory for user data storage.
